Yes—conference Wi-Fi will be provided onsite; we’ll share the network/password at check-in. Power strips will be available in lounges and select seating areas.

Plan to arrive the evening before the conference or early on day one; programming runs through late afternoon on day two.

Photos for personal/social use are encouraged—just don’t disrupt the session. Full-length audio/video recording of talks isn’t permitted so speakers can share candidly.

Yes—free substitutions up to the Friday before the event. Onsite transfers are discouraged but we’ll try to help.

If you don’t attend and didn’t transfer or cancel within policy windows, we can’t refund—but we’ll try to extend recording access if your pass includes it.

No—session access is included with conference registration only.
